I executed a complete rebrand of School Days Photography and developed a brand guideline to ensure consistent and accurate communication of the brand. In addition, I designed a new website that aligned with the rebrand and effectively showcased the studio’s work.

Overview

School Days Photography is a volume photography studio based in Ringgold, GA, serving schools, daycares, and little leagues across Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama. The studio is dedicated to capturing the joyful moments of children’s school days, creating images that bring smiles and become cherished memories for years to come.

Process

The goal of rebranding School Days Photography was to help the studio stand out in the market and clearly communicate its identity. The visuals combined modern and traditional elements, highlighting the company’s roots in prints, portraiture, and yearbooks—timeless aspects of the business. At the same time, the rebrand emphasizes a modern approach, with the company continually embracing new technologies to improve processes and deliver outstanding service. To ensure consistency moving forward, I developed a brand style guide to help both internal and external teams represent the brand accurately.

Process

The website was designed with the objective of communicating the core identity of School Days Photography while also attracting new customers. It needed to clearly convey who they are, what they do, why they do it, and the value they provide to their clients. Because photography is a highly visual industry, it was essential for the website to showcase samples of their work.
